This is the line of work in which I was meant to be. I find passion in helping others discover and obtain what is most important to them while unlocking the willingness to live alongside inevitable and ubiquitous pain. My main goal is to help you identify what barriers are getting in the way of living your fullest and most meaningful life and work through them so that you can achieve the life you envision.
I mainly use the combination of Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to treat anxiety, depression, trauma and other stressor-related disorders, self-esteem issues, communication issues, and low motivation. I use Exposure and Response/Ritual Prevention (ERP) to treat OCD in those 18+. I use Play Therapy and Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT) in my work with children. I work with children and teens ages 10-17, and adults ages 18+.
